How the order process works

Placing an order on okapi-shop.com is straightforward. Here's exactly what happens at each step, from selecting your products to receiving your order confirmation by email.

Select your products

Browse our range and add the products you'd like to your basket using the "Add to cart" button. Once you've finished, click on the cart icon to review your selection. You can change quantities or remove items at any time before checkout.

Sign in or check out as a guest

You can place an order as a registered customer or as a guest. Creating an account makes future orders faster and lets you track your order history, but it's never required. Your data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

Enter billing & delivery address

Check your billing address and choose your delivery address — they can be the same or different. If you'd like delivery to a yard, livery or workplace, just enter that as your delivery address. Then choose your preferred payment method.

Choose your delivery option

Review the available delivery options for your address and select one. Shipping costs are shown clearly before you confirm. You can still go back and change anything in your order at this point.

Confirm and place your order

You'll see a full summary of your order — products, addresses, payment and shipping. Please read our Terms & Conditions and Right to Cancel carefully and tick the box to confirm. Click "Place order" to send your order to us. You'll receive an order confirmation by email within minutes.

Your right to cancel

As a UK consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Full details are on our Right to Cancel page.

After your order

What happens next

As soon as you place your order, we send you a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your order. This is your record of the contract between you and Equinutrients Ltd.

Once we dispatch your order, you'll receive a second email with your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door.
